Our electric gate stopped working on Wed morning. I contacted Electric Gate Repair London late morning and they had an engineer with us by 2 30pm. Very impressive service throughout. A clear pricing structure with no hidden extras. Jay was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He explained everything to us very clearly and really went out of his way to help. Excellent company to deal with. From first calling I was given great advice on our electric gate and the procedure of getting it repaired. Jay turned up on time, was really polite, helpful and courteous - nothing was too much trouble. He explained everything to me - why the gate was not working and what would achieve the best result.
